Any group or organization interested in our services, is welcome to request a visit. We visit nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospice facilities, college campuses, schools, libraries and church programs/facilities. These site visits are completely free of charge and are provided upon request from the organization.

Therapy dogs are dogs that are used to bring comfort and joy to those who are ill, under poor conditions, or need comfort. Many people are able to connect with dogs and feel the love that they provide, and this has a therapeutic effect on them. Therapy dogs are generally very calm and well-behaved, so that they do not upset or make uncomfortable those around them.

Many people confuse therapy animals with service dogs. A therapy dog has been obedience trained and screened for its ability to interact favorably with humans and other animals. The primary purpose of a therapy animal is to provide affection and comfort to people in need. Clients often miss their own pets, and a visit from a therapy animal can brighten their day, lift spirits, and help motivate them.

Our program will send a trained handler and therapy dog to a facility to provide therapeutic/emotional support for clients. The benefits of pet therapy have been proven to reduce anxiety, fatigue and depression; lower blood pressure; release endorphins(oxytocin) to provide a calming effect; The act of petting/interacting produces an automatic relaxation response. Our animals are trained to provide affection, comfort and love to all people.
